Personality: Naoto is a man whose been instilled with values. He is someone who believes strongly in being able to forge his own path by his own two hands, not by other people's hands. He's not opposed to fighting to protect his beliefs. Even if he looses. He's never set in his ways though he is constantly adapting to the world around him letting the way of the world help shape, define and re-define him. But his core beliefs never change. Fight for what you believe in, think with your head not your heart, if it's something that burns strongly within follow it. And help out those in need.

Naoto's reaction to people is initially friendly, however if they prove that they are against him or act to hurt someone without any provocation then he grows to dislike them or maybe turn into hate. He is a charismatic person, he could persuade someone to do something for him but in a certain boundary. His ambitions lead him to a great path, the path shows the true side of him. He often respects his enemies in battle, humiliating them on the battle isn't his style. If he wants respect from others including his enemies, he should give some too.

He has two major quirks to his personality, one being that be believes that the strongest beliefs always win. Regardless of the medium through which they are conveyed be it words or fists. The second quirk is a simple one. Living for yourself is the same as living for nothing. Live for others, don't only focus on yourself and you will unlock the true meaning of life.

History: He was born under the clan of Shirogane, an untraceable clan with unknown history. However, Naoto was the one that known to the world rather than his ancestors. He inherited Rinnegan, a powerful dojutsu. Unfortunately, Naoto didn't ever know about his father, mother, and the generations above him so the origin of Rinnegan itself was a mystery. The previous Kazekage believed that Shirogane clan could be related to the previous rinnegan users somehow. Still, they weren't able to trace the origin. Under the Hokage's tutelage, young Naoto began his training and received strong principles from the previous Hokage. The Previous Hokage, Naruto, wanted Naoto to be able to use the Rinnegan for good and that's what Naoto remembered until today. Naoto himself respected Naruto since Naruto was able to become a Hokage at a young age. When he was a Academy Student, Naoto himself was able to control 3 releases only and his Rinnegan was awaken slightly. The Hokage tried to guide Naoto into the right path and didn't forget to shove the meaning of life into Naoto's mind. When Naoto graduated, he had his own team and the team had a very strong bond together until one genin died due to they were being reckless. At that very moment, Naoto was able to use 4 release with the help of his awaken Rinnegan and it strike fears to every opponent he met until today. Naoto's rage was able to calm due to his student's last word. With the strong will to protect Konohagakure and its citizens, he vow to train harder until a day. Fortunately, he didn't stop, he wanted to learn more and be able to use his Rinnegan wisely. Only time will tell what will happen to Naoto. Currently, he's on another team.

If the reason why I must be a Genin is arguable, you can at least allow me to be a chuunin if Kage isn't appropriate.

If the reason I have to be Genin is inevitable, than I will hold no further and won't argue ^^ I changed the character to the rank of Genin now ^^

We decided that the one starting with Rinnegan must start at genin rank to make its usage less OP and to make the holder work his or her way up from the bottom. We're also doing this to all starting Jinchuriki to make it more fair for everyone.

You can still be Kazekage, but you won't have the Rinnegan and instead you'll just have to turn to another kekkei genkai (or not, your choice)
