Number of Members: Unknown(Kotetsu for now)
Conditions in Joining:Applying then being approached by a member.
Purpose: To take in shinobi, and training them to become assassins. In order to achieve what is best for Kumogakure. They are very similar to 'The Foundation' of the Leaf.
Group Leader:Myoushu (NPC)
Misc. Description: Members are sometimes referred to as predators or ghost, since none alive outside the organization know that the myths told are all but real. (I may have Kotetsu take control later on and unclear of where it will head afterwards.
